Your "room for rent" Villa 1918 has, aside from the
essentials, some objects to make your
surroundings more enjoyable and we hope to be adding to
the amenities as finances permit. Their care should
be your duty and of those traveling with you while you
stay at the house.
The amount to be paid for your stay should be settled upon
your arrival. Once the price has been established, you will
have two options in which to pay. The first is to pay for
your entire stay. The other way is to pay by the day until
your departure. Once payment is completed, the house will
give you an official receipt (Comprobante
Oficial) which is often required by customs
officails when departing the country . More details

We guarantee the option of breakfast and dinner without
having the need to dine elsewhere. For your
satisfaction,please notify us ahead of time as to which
foods you would like us to prepare ,thus we will
satisfy your gastronomic needs beforehand.
Payment for food preparation can be paid in cash
and if you prefer,it can be added on to your final bill and
paid at departure. Since prices for food fluctuate
according to what is available on the menu, we will notify
you regarding the price of food products ahead of your
arrival. Coffee for breakfast and dinner are on the house.
The house offers the added plus of storing your car in our
garage with absolute security guaranteed.
Any complaints and suggetions will be very important and
useful to us to provide better service to you during your
stay in this lovely town,the "Villa Azul de Cuba". We will be very grateful
if you contact us whenever you wish to return.
